Privacy Policy

This site collects very little: only what you type into the contact form. Here is, in plain words, what we do with it.

Last updated October 24, 2026

1. Who handles your data

The controller of personal data collected on lelant.us is Leikit LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Lelantus”, the trade name of Leikit LLC). For any privacy matter, including reaching our data protection officer, email [email protected].

2. What we collect

What you send us through the form (demo or partnership):

  • name;
  • work email;
  • company domain;
  • phone or WhatsApp, if you choose to give it;
  • which button on the site took you to the form, and the page language.

What you send us when you sign up (the Get started page), in addition to the above: legal company name and tax ID, your role, the plan and modules chosen, the domains and brands to monitor, your preferred alert channel and a billing email.

Technical access data: as with any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser and the page requested, to deliver the content and block abuse.

What we don't do: this site uses no cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics, and fonts are served from our own domain. We don't ask for sensitive data and don't knowingly collect data from children.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • To answer your request: book the demo, prepare a proposal, prepare the contract and setup for your sign-up, or assess the partnership. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b); LGPD art. 7, V).
  • To keep the site secure, filter spam and investigate abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR art. 6(1)(f); LGPD art. 7, IX).

We don't sell or share your data for advertising, and we won't add you to a marketing list. If we ever want to send you news, we'll ask first.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers that run the site and our sales follow-up, acting on our behalf and under our instructions:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and form processing.
  • Resend: sends the email that notifies our sales team.
  • Google: the mailbox where our team receives and answers your request.
  • Ouzap and WhatsApp: internal notice of the new request to our team.

We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.

5. International transfers

These providers process data mainly in the United States, and our team works from Brazil. Where data leaves your country, we rely on providers that offer contractual data protection safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Contact data is kept for up to 24 months after our last conversation, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, the relationship is governed by the contract. Technical access logs follow the hosting provider's retention.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold data about you and give you a copy;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • delete your data or restrict how we use it;
  • send your data to you or another provider in a portable format;
  • tell you who we have shared it with;
  • stop processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. We reply within 15 days and won't treat you differently for asking. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

8. Security

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the requests we receive are available only to the people who need them to help you.

9. Platform customers

This policy covers the website and sales contact. Data processed inside the Lelantus platform (app.lelant.us) on behalf of a customer, such as leaked employee credentials, is governed by the contract and data processing agreement with that customer, in which Lelantus acts as processor.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date at the top.
